SPEAK is all about building community and relationships – seeing how we can inspire and connect people across the nation to call for justice far more effectively than we can on our own. Regional Support Workers (RSWs) are the backbone of the SPEAK community! Coming alongside group leaders to train them in campaigns, as well as prayerfully and practically supporting them in their vision, RSWs motivate, catalyse and coordinate action that will impact our world! This is a role that will excite you and stretch you. Working with a small (fantastic!) team in either Manchester or London, you’ll get a unique and broad experience of working in the NGO sector. You’ll develop public-speaking, networking and pastoral skills, as well as tea-drinking and cake-eating abilities…all while travelling to meet inspiring people around the UK and to events and festivals in Europe and beyond!
