There are plenty of exciting opportunities to gather and grow together as a network this year, meeting others across the country who are campaigning, praying and sharing God's heart for justice with those around them...
Upcoming events and gatherings of the national SPEAK network include:
- Summer Festivals! - SPEAK will be taking the Big Dress and Little Big Dress to festivals this summer, and we would love you to join our team! It will be a great opportunity to bless other festival goers, have fun, and meet others in the Network. We will be going to Sunrise festival, 2nd-6th June, and another tbc. - Vocal Training 2010- Rhythms of Life, SPEAK's annual training event, 10th-14th September, Thetford, Norfolk. A chilled and inspiring weekend in September to spend quality time with others in the Network, and get empowered with the skills you need to effectively campaign, share your faith and pray with SPEAK where you are. A long weekend exploring life-giving patterns of rest and activity, seasons, Sabbaths and SPEAK; time out from the busyness of life and activism to stop and listen to God’s heartbeat.
- Soundcheck 2011! 25th-28th February 2011, London. Watch this space for more info, and check out what we got up to this year at Soundcheck 2010. The weekend was followed by The Day of Action, when we met with MPs and decision makers in a creative and prophetic demonstration against governemnt support of the arms trade.
